"Grace is a weapon in the right hands"

"Grace is a weapon in the right hands"

My idea of Grace: Grace is a quality that encompasses elegance, poise, and charm. It is the ability to move with ease and fluidity, both physically and emotionally. Grace is often associated with a sense of calm and tranquility, and it is a quality that is admired in others and envied in tandem. It is a trait that can be learned and practiced, if one has the courage to surrender to the idea of what it yields. Yet it is also considered a natural disposition that some individuals possess or acquire through experience and exposure.

Grace is not just about appearance or manners, it is also about how we handle difficult situations with dignity and composure. It is allowing the person on the receiving end to "be" without restrictions. When we act with grace, we inspire others to do the same, and we create a more harmonious and peaceful world. We encourage others to grow as they observe, to stretch in fact if given the room. The primary question to ask at all times is do they have the "capacity?".

🙌🏾 People are limited to what they possess, mentally, physically, emotionally, physically and financially! My grandmother would say it like this " You can't get butter from a duck!" When you recognize that NOTHING IN LIFE IS PERSONAL. Let me say it again, they don't lack the capacity to intentionally harm you! It is not how they are built, it is not what life and its experiences has produced in their stamina. The truth is they plain and simply don't have it. When we come to the conclusion that it is part of the process, we understand it's not personal at all, instead everything is purposeful!

When you extend grace to someone because they didn’t meet your expectations, it says more about you than it does about them. Make a habit of loving people where they are, giving people room to grow. You get what you believe you deserve, not what you want. Always keep in mind that there is someone waiting for you to embrace your highest self and believe your way to better!

The one that was designed to be exactly what you need, imperfections and all is waiting for you to trust the process! The cold part, is that the grace isn’t just for them… it’s also for you! In the meantime trust the process, give yourself the permission to grow, to heal, to love and to be loved at the level you are on. Don't seek something from someone who doesn't have what you think you need.

Why reinvent the wheel when it has been effective for so many others? Showing up, participating and taking risks to make the difference between the hard working entrepreneur and the trend-setting memorable ones have mastered. Millions of Americans start a new small business every year, but unfortunately, hundreds of thousands of them will close without ever reaching their potential per the reports FOX NEWS. Make an active effort not become a statistic by preparing in advance.

Social Media is a major contribution to local and distant small businesses non-profits, authors, speakers, and fortune 500 companies. What blows my entire mind, is that the truth is even absolute nobodies have revolutionized their lives and the lives of their family because they recognize the power of a computer a collaboration and a plan. It is important to know how to access the tools that work best for your organization and or brand and consistently implement them or create systems to do so. Most Leaders, business owners are so busy with the day to day duties of running the business, operating the business, managing the business and even serving as their own administrative assistant that they very rarely move from phase one of being the visionary and maintaining the organization and its operations.

Every organization should have active short and long term goals, this provides the owner with a gauge of progress and or benchmarks for growth. There needs to be an assessment at some point to determine when an additional staff member may need to be acquired if there is a need for outsourced payroll services need to be implemented to remain compliant with ever-changing tax laws and revisions in our area of expertise we are scrutinized on a greater scale than mainstream business owners. The truth is most churches are under equip and ill-prepared to move the next level of growth, ministry development as well as doing what every single church should be empowered to do, "The work of the ministry"

As it relates to practical Business Operations Matters, any true plan while it could perform differently than hoped for, any result is greater than no attempt. My background, operating as an entrepreneur for 30+ years, there are things that one must be clear about, advertising is mandatory, no marketing plan or budget says you have no desire to grow. Unfortunately, "CHURCH" in the modern world exceeds the experience of more seasoned leaders. While I realize nothing happens overnight, there are people that have mastered your craft that is willing to share. There are times that you can avoid common mistakes with a question, class, workshop or mentor that can redirect an outcome.

I am dedicated to changing the negative perception people of faith have toward Social Media. I desire to be instrumental in creating a culture that inspires collaboration and community, as we know it.

Let's give you a practical tip for today with a few brief steps to implement and strengthen your reach!

Progressive Tools:
  • Have you created an account to have professional branded graphics designed?
  • Hire an intern for your marketing management TEMPLATE in the hyperlink.
  • Do you have "job descriptions" for each of your current volunteer positions?
  • Do you have a website? (access to additional products and services)
  • Do you have business cards that share your social media contact information?
